| Hemorrhoids Treatment
The first step in the treatment of hemorrhoids is
determining the cause. There are many different causes of
hemorrhoids but here are just a few of the most common: chronic
constipation, chronic diarrhea, sitting for long periods of time and heavy
lifting. Constipation tends to be the number one cause of hemorrhoids.
Treatment of hemorrhoids is pointless if you keep
recreating the problem, so once you have eliminated the cause of the
hemorrhoids, it is now time to treat them.
Two main goals are to first, take away the symptoms (burning,
itching and pain) and second, is to shrink hemorrhoids. A common quick fix
that tends to work with some, is having a salt water bath, and soaking the
rectal area in warm water for roughly 20-mintues a few times a day.
This tends to soothe the veins, and allow them to naturally recede.
If the pain continues, then pain medicine is recommended and should
be used for aching.

Considering that constipation can be the leading
cause of hemorrhoids, having a high fiber diet can help soften your stool,
which causes less strain on the anus during a bowel movement.
High fiber in conjunction with 6-8 glasses of water can often help.
There are also a full line of one-hundred-percent
natural pills available as a safer alternative for those with more
complicated conditions and who do not wish to get surgery. These
pills are available here.
